- They represent the product line, acting as a conduit for orders, quotes, payments and other business activity
- They provide technical support, operator training, and consulting to those firms interested in applying the VSR Process
- Many own VSR equipment that is capable of stress relieving a wide variety of parts and provide certification that the parts have undergone stress relief. These companies are also fabrication and machine shops, and often use their VSR Equipment on projects of theirs.

Hydroturbine discharge ring being stress relieved by Kovit D.O.O. at UCM Romania. Note that the vibrator shaft is vertical, a key requirement when treating ring-shaped components. After stress relief, final machining resulted in the ~ 3 m diameter having accuracy:
